Do you only work with WordPress?
I specialize in WordPress and WooCommerce, however, if your e-commerce store is hosted on Shopify or another platform, I can work with you for Pinterest Marketing. For website design, it does have to be a self-hosted WordPress.org website.
What is your turnaround time on a project?
A design project can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks. This is highly dependent on our communication with each other and obviously depends on the type of project as well. Factors such as revisions and email response time can slow down the turnaround time.
Will I be able to update my website after you are done?
Yes, of course. I will teach you the basics of how to maintain and update your site if needed. For an additional (monthly) fee, I also offer website maintenance if you choose for me to take care of your site.
How soon can we start?
I am typically booked weeks in advance at the time we talk. It is important to keep this in mind when wanting to work with me. That said, reserving your dates right away is important, as I am always booking further out.
I’m on a limited budget… Do you make deals or trade services?
Unfortunately NO! I have bills to pay too! I do, however, offer payment plans. Please feel free to contact me if this is something that you are interested in!
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of design work, no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the design process. If you choose to terminate your design, you will forfeit any amount paid to Brittany Stephens. However, I do make every effort to ensure that you are absolutely 100% in love with your design!
